We launched our social media marketing tool in September 2020 and since then we've been working on rolling out our latest and greatest features to help you manage, promote and grow your business in 2021.
FREE Accounts Available
We're happy to be offering free accounts to all signups, until we've rolled out our core features, which are described in detail below. These free accounts will have full access to all our future features and updates for at least one month after they're released.

Customer & Lead Tracking
The core feature we'll be releasing in early 2021 is the customer and lead management tool, this will enable you to track your existing customers, their conversations, sales and interests - making for a better customer experience. It goes without saying that leads are also included with this, tracking where your lead originated, to give you as much data as possible to continue marketing and growing your business.
With these features we'll also be offering a ticketing system, giving your customers an area to send support requests and receive support from you on your terms. This feature will be really beneficial for small businesses offering services, tracking opened & closed tickets to ensure no customer query goes unanswered.
Invoicing
Along with our customer management tools, invoicing is the next big thing.
There's so many invoicing solutions that take percentage fees, adding up quickly, with limited branding options and a poor customer experience.
Nobody likes receiving invoices, so let's make it as painless as possible.
Bind CRM's invoicing tool will enable you to customise and brand your invoice to match your businesses style, you can choose when (or how often) reminders are sent, how payments are taken and what to do once the payment has been received.
eBay Invoicing Integration
We're going to be offering support for eBay invoicing.
Connect your eBay account with Bind CRM and when you receive a sale on eBay, have your custom-branded VAT invoice automatically sent to your customer, with a copy to yourself.
Amazon did invoicing properly, allowing you to easily send and download full VAT invoices with your own business information, eBay doesn't yet support this and so we've stepped in to help.
